Not the grade of gas, regular / mid / high test, but a different brand like from Shell to AMCO or around here from say Speedway to Sheets.
Different brands have different blends and sometimes cars & trucks dont like a brand and switching helps.

Also I cant see spending the extra money for premium so you may want to try regular from where you are getting gas now to see if that helps.
I would not switch brands & regular because if it now starts faster you made 2 changes at once and you dont know what helped.
Also if it got worst for the same reason, 2 changes at once not good.
