Always amazed how easily 2 or 3 turns into 5 or 10. Don't mean anything by it just sayin. If I had a nickel for every time I said something like that, I'd have oh about 3 fitty.

Ha, yea I agree. You are 100% correct. My line of thought is that in 2 yrs my wife's SUV will be paid off and also I'm due for a pay raise soon, so with the extra income and no more monthly note to pay on another vehicle, I should easily be able to budget for that 6.7 I dream for 🙂
With diesel prices going up, the 6.7 may become more affordable sooner rather than later.
Ever thought about the 7.3 gasser?
7.3 gasser looks intriguing however I think I'm a diesel guy for life now haha. I've owned 7.3s diesels for the last 13 yrs or so and just fell in love with them. Everything from the sound, the smell, the driving characteristics etc. Had an OBS 7.3 a 2002 and currently own another 2002. (Missed my last '02 so badly after I sold it that I got another one 🙂
The one thing i don't like about the 6.7s or any newer diesel for that matter is that they are just to quiet! Something about the crude loud sound of older diesels just gets to me. It's like music to my ears. It's better than any radio station I've found yet.
