Hello all.
I am a recently retired, cranky old guy that needed something to do . I was a mustang guy (65's). Owned one since high school and have had a least one for damn near 50 years. Sold my last one 4 years ago and thought I would never look back. However, I seemed to miss the challenge of making old stuff work and the pride that is garnered from problem solving and primping my "baby".
As luck would have it, I was blessed to be given today, a '64 F100. 6 Cyl, 3 on the tree. I have attached a photo that shows surface rust but beyond that the truck has never been hit. Some people see a wreck, I see a beaut!
A few upgrades that I envision after getting it to be a dependable runner are front disc upgrade, auto trans, and paint.
As in my mustang days, I will have plenty of questions and be looking for some of your suggestions.
Here I go again,
Ken
