Debating on selling

I've had my 2014 F250 Lariat since Oct 2018 and have loved it so far.

In those 4 years I've put 30,000 miles on it but rarely use it like a work truck. I own 45 acres mostly wooded, have a tractor and a side by side.

I've hauled one of my cars once that my daughter was driving at college to get repaired at my house but I could have easily had it towed to a repair shop. About anything I've hauled I could have delivered.

With the price of diesel I drive it once every two weeks.

With the price of used F250's and the fact that I have the emissions deleted I'm wondering if it's to my advantage to sell?

If you are finding you no longer need the vehicle, even as a daily driver, I'd sell it. You'll come out way ahead. The caveat is that you dont need to purchase something to replace it. Used are close to new price, and new is a long waiting list to get.

I'd sell it too, while the used car market is good. We sold our extra car to Carvana and found the entire experience very positive.

You will have to find the right buyer for a deleted vehicle.
I have 8 cars, assorted convertibles, Jeeps, etc. All are creampuff collector stuff. Some of them, I drive once every 6 months. I just like having them there. The price I pay is a higher insurance bill. You don't have to use something frequently to justify having it, unless it is breaking the bank.

I'd have to say to sell it. It sounds like you don't need it and don't want it. You will make money on it, because this will not happen again, plus save money on NOT buying expensive diesel fuel. Go for it.

we traded our 21 250. 23 Apr. They gave me crazy price on trade. I got a 22 150 at x plan.
plus 3k in total from Ford through pcoand other incentives. They have my old truck marked up crazy high. Still not sold.
we just didn't have a need for the 250.
but after running wires through firewall for rear lights. I miss my Super duty.
only you can mske the decis ion. We basically got to drive the 21 for free .
strange times..

Dead on Robert. Strange times indeed. You took advantage of the situation and got another truck where the fuel (gasoline) is cheaper and mileage for the most part will be better for you.

My truck? I have a problem because I love my truck. Now that I have a plow, I won't go back to using a snow blower again except to maybe cleaning up the plow job. We still want to get a camper so I am going to rock my truck once it's paid off. But I also want to get the 94 4Runner in the garage going as well.
