I think as a bolt in no. Because the mounting bolts & brackets are all in a different place and don't line up.
Door panels tie into the dash on the later years but they may swap to the earlier years.
Then you have the gauges, they will read backwards IIRC.
Some later speedo are electronic too.

It is NOT a bolt in job. The dash mounts on firewall are different. With a wielder that can be resolved. The steering column mounts are totaly different too. That right there was a a deal breaker for me when trying to use a 91 cab to replace my 84's rotten out cab. Alot of custom work was needed.
Doable, yes with some work and figuring. Then if your are going to use the newer fuel gauges, you must swap out the sending units as after 87, Ford went with reverse style function so you got to mod the fuel tank sending units. All other gauges should work as before.
The door panels may need to swapped to newer style dash. Cant remember if its a fitment or style issue there.
