Electricial problem
Dash lite started to flash and lite and slow dim .Took to local parts store told alt bad .Got same alt mps installed and my lite still on and doesn't throw a charge.Need help I'm almost bald from pulling my hair out.

Alt problems
1999 F350 v10 changed battery and alt .Not sending any current to battery ,reads same volts at battery and red wire on alt.Need to figure out which wires to test to see if producing voltage.

Your new remanufactured alternator is probably bad, or you misdiagnosed the issue as being related to the alternator to begin with.
Only new Motorcraft alternators should be used unless you don’t mind installing/removing bad reman units.
