Hey all, whilst removing the alternator, smog pump, etc. accessory bracket, noticed this thing had been cut into by the inner plastic wheel well piece. Can't seem to find anything about it, maybe something to do with vacuum? Truck has been running fine as far as I could tell haha
Anyone know what this is, where to find another, or if it is even worth the time and effort to fix?

Back to the top for you. Don't know what it is, but you've got me interested to hear what others have to say about it!
Almost looks like something meant to be a baffle or resonator for an intake system, but the hose sizes and it's location would seem to negate that thought.
