Cab corner fitment issues

Hi all! I am building a 76 highboy and ran into patch panel fitment issues. I bought cab corners and floor pans from lmc. Floor pans fit okay with a little hammer and dolly work - to be expected- but my cab corners are a mile off. I have used lmc on several other builds in the past with excellent fitment. These corners are just terrible, no contour matches at all. Has anyone else noticed an issue with them lately? I ordered some dynacors to try them and will post how they fit once they come in.

Bought new ones in November from Ford Parts, Classic Car Parts, Truck Parts and Services by Auto Krafters-Mustang Auto Parts Too! and they are in, my buddy said they were pretty good fit, but he just used the bottom contoured portions ... like lower 6" or so.

I used tabco panels and was happy with them. Thats the problem with LMC, its a crap shoot. Sometimes you get good parts, other times not so much. LMC is usually my last stop not the first.

I used Tabco for all the patch panels for my 81 F100 as I was told they would fit pretty good and they did.
I used floors, rockers, lower rear door posts and the inner & outer lower left door bottom.

I would not think twice of using Tabco again for patch panels.

Some of tabcos parts may be good. The small wheel arches are garbage, I have their cab corners but have yet to check fit. Mill supply are also US made.

Got the new corners in. They actually fit up pretty well. I put it in with an el cheapo flux welder from harbor freight. It is doable but I wouldn't recommend it.
