I have a 2019 F-150 with the V-8 with 69,000 miles. I am using oil at a very high rate and not sure how. No leaks in garage or driveway, and not burning it. The last couple times I have had the oil changes it was either not reading or barely reading any oil. This is real concerning, and want to make sure I do not damage the engine. Any ideas or suggestions.
Check to make sure it's not going into the cooling system. I have heard of the oil cooler behind the oil filter cracking and oil getting into the cooling system there.

My oil cooler has a bit of oil on it but I think it is on the filter side.

2019 F-150 V-8 is a 5.0 . You might want to ask the same question over in the "5.0L Coyote" or "2015 - 2020 F150" forums.
"The last couple times I have had the oil changes it was either not reading or barely reading any oil." How about ruling out the one who changed your oil? Garbage in/garbage out, and same goes with amount in/ amount out. Might just not be leaking. Is the dealer changing your oil, or the local Jiffy Lube?
I also have a 2019 F-150 5.0 Coyote engine that loses oil. It has done this since new. At first I thought the dealer prep guys short-changed the engine. I had Ford change the oil several times and when I checked the oil after a couple thousand miles, it was low. I complained to the dealer that the dipstick was too short; he didn't get the joke. I told the Ford dealer the engine was using a couple of quarts between oil changes. Ford dealer says that's normal with new engines, they expect a quart per thousand miles. I'm not impressed with this use of oil. No smoke, no leaks. Engine runs good. Truck is currently in the shop for transmission shift problems between gears 3,4,5. Ford thinks the clutches are burned. Transmission never was hot and truck never towed anything heavy; only 78k miles. I wonder if there is any connection?
The F150 5.0L is known for high oil consumption. Ford tells customers that its normal to consume 1-1.5 quarts between oil changes.
My brother has a new 5.0 f150. I'll pass it on. He brags about his new truck with all the power of my F250. I just chuckle. I'm sure its a fine engine, but nowhere near the towing capacity of the 250 with the 6.2, and mine is the original 6.2 in 2011, and not a single problem, other than changing the water pump at 100,000 miles and never added a single quart of oil between normal oil changes.

The water pump is not an issue in the 6.2L F150 cause we have an electric fan. Extremely rare for any complaint on that platform. If it does fail it is beaten to he(( and back, and back again in a Raptor.
