They do pop up on Ebay from time to time. That's how I got my replacement pair. While you're in there, perhaps consider masking off the area and shooting some silver or white paint in the cavity for that light. It will help reflect more light out.
In mine, I also opted for some VLEDS 194 bulbs. It puts a ton of light on the running boards and threshold.
