52 F-7 ford interior

Sifting thru boxes and coffee cans I was able to find what I am guessing are the original interior handles and escutcheons, I cannot however find any arm-rests or whatever made up the lower panel of the interior door trim.

Can someone tell me what that lower panel was made from, I am guessing some sort of fiberboard and then covered with the same red vinyl/cloth material that the upper panels ( which I just placed onto the doors for pictures sake ) was covered with.

I am going to try and find the same colored material and do a quick job of covering these panels once again so they look decent.

Looks like the lower panel just sort of slid down into the strips that can be seen within my picture and then maybe the uppers sort of overlapped them?

I need to find a set of arm-rests, if anyone can help me with that, I prefer old crusty ones since I havent a ton of money to spend and I am not restoring the truck but merely getting it road worthy once again.

Arm rests were not standard. It looks to me like the door panel was an add on. The center panel was steel of course. Perhaps someone will have some arm rests.

Arm rests were standard as part of the 51/52 5 Star Extra trim package. As were the door panels that are pictured. The LeBaron Bonney Company sells complete reproduction 5 Star Extra interior kits in the stock red/gray color combination. Stu

51-52 5 Star Extra door (with plywood panel as replacement).

All original door with the what I appears to be the original trim panel.

Another door with what I think is the original trim panel. It's perforated just like the headliner.

Here's the trim panel by itself.

I have the one armrest pictured with the yellow door. I may be able to come up with another for the opposite side.

If you can come up with the arm rests and you could save me the screws they would get used, I may have found two of them in a box but not even sure they are long enough

Arm rest looks the same as my 53. What are the screw measurements you may be able to use the same that I got from mid-fifties.
