I have a 1989 F250 in need of a tailgate handle. Wondering if anyone might have one available? I have looked on eBay but only find ones from China. Anyone ever bought one and if so are they any good?

Just pick one up from your local parts store. They're in the Dorman/Help section, part number 77052, and work very well. Currently have one on my truck and have had zero issues with it.

My dad's truck came with a spare that the PO hadn't gotten around to installing. Turned out the old handle was actually fine, the tailgate was just so caved in that the metal was preventing the handle from moving far enough to open the tailgate. We pulled the metal back out a little and it went back to working fine.
