Headers

Was looking/contemplating installing headers for my 93' Bronco XLT 5.8.

I don't understand the difference between a ceramic coated header and one that is not.

Could someone explain the difference to this not so smart person?

ceremic coating is a high temp crome looking covering that protect the header from rust, and helps keep things cool. whi;le the header will still get hot, the temp around it is reduced when compared to a non coated header.

regualr headers will burn off the paint in no time at all, while ceremic coating is usually qgaurunteed never to flake off.

it is worth getting
