1996 F53 Doesn't Start

1996 F53 Doesn't Start
The patient is a 1996 F53 Chassis. (motorhome). As the title says it won't start. Battery tested bad after sitting all winter so I replaced the battery. Replaced the solenoid last summer. Tried bypassing ground and it still won't start. Not even a click. All fuses look good to the eye. Other symptoms include no turn signals, no 4 ways, and the radio won't turn on other in accessory or start mode. Headlights are fine. Thinking maybe the ignition and have a part ordered. Any other ideas I can try to trouble shoot?

I would be looking at the ignition switch.

Check fuse #14 in the engine compartment fuse box.

The 4 ways should work without the ignition switch.
If not check fuse #9 under the dash.

Do you happen to know if fuse 14 is a standard 60 amp blade style fuse? Or is it some other special fuse?

Fuse was good. Replaced it anyway. Same. Waiting on ignition parts.
