Hey guys, I want to build a custom exhaust for my 88 '250 with a supercab. i want to do a muffler delete with a passenger side exit catback exhaust. It currently has a flowmaster 3'' exhuast that exits behind the rear tire on the passenger side. Anyone have any suggestions of what the cheapest/best way or system is for what I want?
Straight pipe from the converter with either a 45° or 90° exit? Not really sure what you’re looking for. There won’t be a prefabricated system without a muffler.
All you need is a piece to put back where the muffler was? any chain parts store has exhaust pipe, sizes, lengths, up to 4ft. and 3 exhaust clamps, and 1 coupling, be really cheap and do it in your driveway, or $100 muffler shop cut muffler off put pipe on.
Yeah I'm not looking for a prefab just looking for ideas of setups you guys have that sounds good. I was envisioning a pipe out the side before the tire with a few bend would sound good. Just wanted to see what y'all had done to yours.

Exhaust shop made a Y pipe with a Magnaflow cat and a generic one inlet / two outlet turbo muffler exiting at 90° behind each rear tire.
