Truck pulled this load fine from Henderson NV, but only did 45 up the grade out of Primm. All temps stayed in range and cool, fan did come on up grade. Was pulling 4500 rpm in 2nd a few times.
Overall, truck impressed me, especially the transmission.
I think you are fine, hard to tell with a messed up ticket but most likely your axles are within the capacity so no issues, but hope you have a class A as it does appear you are over 26K.
I'm wondering why a certified scale weight ticket has inaccurate axle weights. Seems like it defeats the purpose of being weighed on certified scales. If the axle weights are known to be incorrect, how can you be sure the total weight is correct. Is this an acceptable occurrence with certified scales?
So it is clear to me some have never been on the scales... It is pretty easy to be off on the axle pads set up for larger rigs. Looks to me like he just pulled up a little too far. Still gives and accurate total.

I've been on a few CAT scales set up for "larger rigs" and even with my shorter set ups it hasn't been a problem to correctly have each axle on the appropriate scale.

I haven't had any problem either but then I wanted to make sure I had axle weights. It is as easy to do it wrong as it is to do it right but it seems like the total was the goal so the OP reached it. The rest of the nitpicking...OMG

I think I pulled up too far as well, coupled with the short regular cab, so it threw off the axle weights.
