Thanks so Much for the pictures, that sets my mind at ease. Now time to decide on Centramtics or balance beads, Id like to avoid putting weights on the wheels if at all possible.

Just make sure you know the load rating and what you need. The 34x10.50 are D rated and technically needs a 7" rim. Personally that 1/2" difference I could live with (I did on my 2000 dually) but many places these days will not mount a tire on a rim that doesn't meet the spec. A 255 on a 6.5" wide rim is within specs. My 2 cents.

I went with a 265/70/17 its still a Load E, which is important to me, minimum rim width is 7", I figured the 1/2" wasn't a huge deal and I could live with it, seems to be a good compromise for my needs.
