Front end vibration
Now here is a good one. I can be driving down the road and hit a slight bump ( dip, manhole pothole) and I get a vibration in the steering wheel, not a shimmy, or a bounce, more like a bearing vibration until I hit the next bump in the road and it quits and if I stop it quits until I hit another bump in the road, I have replaced bearings , the trac bar and several other components under the front end and 1500 dollars later it is still doing it. Any body have any ideas or similar problems. The money is running out.

NVH is an area am fairly good at with the Ex and I wish I had an easy answer for you but the start&stop on a bump nature makes it a mystery to me.
You are going to need to hunt it down to solve. I would start by process of elimination of the most likely components.
unsprung rotating mass.
rotate your tires front to back.
confirm they are at the correct PSI listed on your Safety placard on the drivers door jamb.
confim your tires are within 5 years old of being manufactured by checking the date code on the sidewall.
that would be my first check.
Also, confirm you do not have a stuck locking hub by rotating each front axle shaft by hand while parked.
