Leak from Intercooler

Leak from Intercooler
Tried to search for this, but couldn’t find anything about this on here. Was doing something on the truck last night and noticed something leaking/seeping down the side of the Intercooler. Initially thought it was oil when I first saw it, but upon closer inspection, it seems as if it’s coolant that has a lot of soot in it so that it has that black oily look to it. The leak appears to be coming from where the turbo inlet tube connects to the Intercooler.
Truck is still under warranty (Thankfully!) and has less than 37K on it. Planning on taking it into the dealer to have it checked out, but curious as to what issue I’m having here and what to expect.
