This is my first 6.0 that I sold my F-N-L several years ago. Starting to have some stiction issues so we are going in to get that done but also HGs, Studs, Injectors, glow plugs, 4” exhaust, perhaps some custom Gearhead performances tunes… We did notice a great deal of soot on the top of the engine but can’t tell where it’s coming from. We’ll have to take a closer look tomorrow. We also noticed some injector wire chafing which could be contributing to the injector issues. So we’ll be ordering an injector harness next week.
I was a bit intimidated by the thought of lifting the cab, but after doing so, its the preferred way for me… I did the HG and studs on my 06 King Ranch cab on. It wasn’t too bad but I can tell you my spleen isn’t bruised using the lift.
