Tail light leaking
My friend's 2017 Escape has water entering inside the bulb compartment and filling it . Has any one else had this problem ? He tells me there is no gasket and I with no Shop Manual to verify same. He's coming over tomorrow so I can see it . The mechanic said to drill a hole in the bottom of the lens ...

There is probably a hole in the Assy.. If you can find it, seal the hole.. Drill a hole toward the bottom is a good idea.. here is YouTube video on how to remove the TailLight... (Ebay has pretty good price if you decide to replace the Assy.
