Getting back to your original part/question.
If you end up not finding a replacement NOS sleeve, that one doesn't look all that bad. I'd disassemble it then add some reinforcement behind the crack with a piece of fiberglass and resin, then "v" the crack and add filler. Sand and paint.

Oh sure....sadly that crack isn't the issue. All 3 little mounting screw tabs got sheared off in shipping...no wayvto repair it really...too small of tabs....might have to try though cause there ain't any around....yet.

Yeah, sometimes you need to get creative when it comes to unobtainable parts.
Not sure what the tabs look like but if they're in an inconspicuous area you might be able to "build up" the broken tabs with fiberglass mat enough, shape them and redrill the holes.
I don't think that's a very stressed part so you might be able to make it work.
