2010 F150 engine swap?

Hi everyone, I have a 2010 f150 with the 5.4. As I post this, I知 putting a brand new 6r80 transmission in it and I知 looking to do something about the motor. Has anyone done an 11-14 ford 6.2 swap? I知 looking for advise on what I値l need and what to watch out for.

Only feasible if you have an entire donor truck. The electronics between 2010 and 2011 are completely different right down to the wiring harness.

Would it be possible with a standalone ECU and a new engine wiring harness?

Anything's possible with enough $$ and time.
