5.0 Oil Pressure Question

So, last week, after driving for a while and a/c on and coming to a stop, I had my oil pressure gauge drop to zero and the light came on briefly, before returning to normal. It did this four or five times over two or three days. I checked the oil and it seemed like it might be a little low, so I added a quart.
This week I had it happen again.
No check engine light and it seems to be running fine, even when this happens. and it's just when I come to a complete stop in Drive when the engine is hot.
Anybody care to give me your opinion on what you think might be the issue?
Thanks

Years ago I worked on a 3.0 Ranger that did the exact same thing and the Fram oil filter was causing it.

Old thread, but wondering if you ever figured out what was going on?
