I have a 2001 F250 4x4 7.3. I have replaced both front hub assemblies, new seals, new 4x4 ujoints, changed front end fluid, new ball joints, all driveshaft joints, new carrier bearing, new rear axel bearings and seals, changed rear end dope. My problem is i still have a noise coming from front end while the truck is in motion. The noise sounds like brake pads grinding on rotors but i have new pads also. The noise seems to react with the speed of the truck. Nothing changes when i apply the brake it still gets louder with acceleration and gets quieter with deacceleration. Could it be that one of the new hub assembly is actually bad ? It sounds like it is coming from driver front side. I am pulling what hair i have left out trying to figure this out. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Is dust shield bent and riding on the rotor? Rock trapped in between the rotor and dust shield? I've both of those occur on 2 of my Super Duties over the years so just things I'm throwing out to inspect. Hoping it's something easy and free like that for you anyway.

When I did brakes on a F150 I had a similar issue, turned out the wear indicators, etc were made way too big & creating the noise on brand new brakes so I ditched those & the dust shields, no more noise.
