1999 Ashtray Repurpose

Hey everybody. I was wondering what people are doing with there ashtrays if they aren’t using them as ashtrays. I know I could put a switch or something in there but I already have a bunch of toggles and us s on the dash. Thanks for any ideas

Same, that & fuses/screws/knives/7mm & 10mm sockets....kinda like the kitchen junk drawer🤣

Also works good as a non-permanent CB radio mount if you bend a hook that goes into the ashtray in any "u" or "v" shape. Attach that to the radio bracket with a couple 1/4" screws, push the ashtray shut, good to go.

I know they aren't popular anymore but idiots still steal them so it's cool as a quick disconnect to hide it away under the seat, etc. Some might say hard mounting is better but if they can't see it, they won't be looking to steal it.
