replacing switch in dash -backup senor switch

replacing switch in dash -backup senor switch

can anyone tell me how too get the backup senor switch out of the dash without busting anything? tx

The dash is just held in with pin clips. Grab an edge near the radio and give it a tug, pops right out and you can reach in and push the switch out.
