Problems after injectors

So I’ve been looking everywhere for answers to my question. Haven’t posted on any of the Obs forums but looked around to see if I could solve it before I need to do this and I’ve been on this site and other forums for other answer and always found them. Anyway, so I have 1997 F250HD XLT 4x2 got it about a year ago, everything was in working order even with 303,000ish miles. When I got her everything was stock except she had a 4in straight pipe, a hydra tuner, some bilstein shocks to go with a 2.5in level, and some 33s with 17s. So pretty much everything mechanical was stock. Never had a problem. After awhile, I diy’d a hood stack out of the down pipe and tip, added a wicked wheel and some new turbo boots, a 6637 air filter (after the k&n that came with it clogged up as usual) and later came to the decision of dropping some stage 2 160/100 injectors in her from FFD. Before the stage 2 install with all that she had before I was still hitting 19-20psi of boost and she never got too hot. I was always in the 400-500 range in city and 700-900 on the interstate unloaded (don’t do any towing really). Well now after dropping them in, yes I was expecting her to be hot, but she is really hot now. Like 40mph and she already at 800 degree range and at 55-60 she is struggling and already at 1000-1100 degrees. Tried to get on it one day to see what the boost would get up to and she just struggles, barely hit 10psi and completely blacked out every on the three lane road behind me with coal. Since then I’ve maybe hit over 10 psi once and it was still in that 10-15psi range. This doesn’t seem right to me. I know I’m gonna be needing to get a bigger turbo than stock, an intercooler, and a hpop to combat the egts and actually see potential out of the injectors but this doesn’t seem right to me still especially since everything was in working order before. Very worried about getting on the interstate to go back home with it being 75lbs the whole way. So I thought I’d post this and see if anyone has any ideas. Oh and all maintenance is up to date with in the last 1000ish miles. Except trans, I’ve got about 10,000miles to go till the next service, I do that every 15,000.

Check for boost leaks and exhaust up pipe leaks.

Was gonna check for boost leaks today and check the up pipes but batteries are drained so that’s dope, I don’t have a boost leak tester so I was just gonna put it on while idle and spray some soapy water solution around all the boots/couplers and go from there. But I’m running Jelibuilt tunes from full force.

dont bother with that test, no pressure being made at idle

You need a leaf blower to test exhaust leaks

compressor, fernco cap with air line regulator attached set to 15 PSI put on turbo inlet

Alright so update: Alternator took a **** so got that and batteries replaced. Didn’t have a boost tester so I just went ahead and replaced all turbo boots and got new clamps, up pipes didn’t show any signs of leaking at all. All fluids are good. I re-torqued the hold down bolts, checked the UVCHs for any loose connections, messed up wires and found nothing. Haven’t got to check the turbo oring but when I put it back together after the wicked wheel install awhile back I took out the oem one because it was pretty much **** and I rtv’ed one instead. So nothing has really changed, I’ve drove a lot with her, pretty sure I worked all the air out of her, currently on my trip back to Illinois from Tennessee and I can’t even drive over 65mph without her going past 1300 degrees, the speedometer starts shaking like crazy once I get between 55-65mph, there’s no CEL, trans temp is still below 135, there is a little bit harder shifts but idk if that’s the trans acting up or just the difference in tunes. Pretty lost right now on solutions. Maybe HPOP? IPR? Anyone got any suggestions? She doesn’t stall though at all, holds idle perfectly fine and does everything else fine when below 55mph, just gets a little to hot still when driving under normal city conditions as I stated way earlier

It's either the truck, injectors, tuning or combination.

I asked for some revisions and told them my problems, was told I needed an intercooler (yes I know I do) and a bigger turbo. But I’ve seen other people with almost the exact same setup and they’re are not having the problems I am, yes there’s gets a little hot still but from what I’ve read and seen their’s is manageable

How about trying with NO tuning?

Mine does not roast to death on stock tuning with 205/30s.
