Usually the forum software will turn a URL that you paste into the editor into a link, but that didn't happen for your post. I don't know why it didn't. There is a tag you can use on the menu bar to "hard code" the URL and get a link.

Taking the PO's with copy and paste into your browser it shows the link part and is easy enough to click on, but I also don't know why the Ford site didn't do that.
