Welcome . If you are going to make it 4x4 you will definitely be limited . Width would be first as any full size would be far too wide so you will need to use a small to midsize front , next would be straight axle or independent . A straight axle would be the easiest but would need to be able to match gear ratios of your rear diff and have a compatable front drive layout . I believe the only trucks - info you are going to find will be from complete frame swaps . As with anything this complicated you will need ALLOT of measuring . Good luck .
