Nope, you can get to the bulbs from behind by removing the filler neck for washer fluid and the airbox snorkel. Took me about 10 mins to do all 4 on my '18. Can't imagine the 20's are much different.

Where the hell were you a couple of weeks ago? We installed the decoder because we didn't want to have flicker and zip tied it all back there neatly.
Choosing a proven kit is important so as not to blind people. I am not familiar with the kit you mention but I know headlight revolution has a proven kit for a similar price.
