I got 351w for the name M5OD behind it out of an 89 f250. Trying to bleed it and all the fluids coming out like there's no air coming out but the clutch pedal won't fully return. Is there something I'm doing wrong?
Can you remove the slave cylinder and make sure the clutch pedal return spring works ? I have not worked on a set-up like yours, so I'm assuming there is a return spring.
If this is a typical 84 86 external slave hydraulic clutch system start out by bench filling the slave before installation. Some have a bleeder on them. I have done the two man bleed on the slave but you can avoid that with a bench fill. Try to minimize air entering the hydraulic line. I recently changed my slave and flushed out fluid by filling the master and letting it drain. Putting the cap back on stops the flow but a drop will get out before you attach the slave to the line and install the slave. That small bit of air will work it's way up and out over time.
Once together and system is topped off work the pedal by hand until it returns. Then pump it a bunch with your foot. Vibration helps work out the air. I put my truck in gear and started it and then drove it on a bumpy hilly road while pumping the clutch. Eventually the air works out so you can drive normally. Time, heat and vibration works the air out. Check and top off fluid.
