Clutch not working. 89 f250

Hi I have a 1989 F250 with a 5.0L and a m5od 5spd. I havent driven it in 3 years (took the engine out) and now I have put a new roller 5.0L into it last month. It runs but when I push the clutch petal in so I can put the truck into gear it doesnt want to work. Ive bleed lots of fluid out and pumped the petal 100x times with the bleeder shut and nothing...

Any ideas? its got new slave and hydrulic line too.

Is there normal resistance when you depress the clutch pedal?? Has anyone looked thur the driver's side inspection opening and see if the clutch is disengaging when the clutch pedal is depressed?
