Finding a amp Signal wire

Hope im posting this in the right section. I’ve got a 15 platinum F-250 with the Sony premium sound system and im wanting to add a better sub and amp to improve the bass response. My question is: is there a spot in the rear I can pull a amp signal from? Obviously I’ll run a bigger power wire from up front, but just wondering if one of you guys may know the easiest way to upgrade the amp and sub while still retaining the Sony factory system minus the factory Sony sub. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Have you purchased your amp yet? Even if you have crutchfield has great tech support, and may be able to better answer this question. I don't know they newer trucks, but hopefully someone chimes in. If not, I would suggest giving crutchfield.com tech support a try.

if you dont have a line level connection you can use an output splitter that reduces the output level and turns it into a line level signal to feed a new amp.

some amps have built in high level to line level inputs.
