I’m really curious to hear how those cells hold up! Thats an amazing $ per AH! Are they 18650 or a non standard siz battery pack?
I’ve got a 100ah lifepo4 renogy battery i got on sale for 500$ haven’t had any issues except it shutting itself off under 0 degrees F (this was actually very frustrating) But i also have propane for heat, stove and fridge. So my only real power usage is lighs, fan, water pump and charging my stuff. Also i don’t stay places long so i charge up often, lowest i ever got it was 20%. So 200ah+ is monstrous compared to my settup. I’m torn between adding solar or just adding another battery. Don’t think i could make it two nights without driving to recharge! And if i add an AC game over for even one night hahah
Non standard size. I will do a cheapy diesel heater next winter. Skipping it for now. I need solar too. For sure. $225 for 200w w/ controller aint bad at all though. Ima do a weekend test trip and see what my usage looks like soon.
Heres pics of battery and BMS etc... Had to get it negatives attatched, least the lower one, before attatching front battery box piece. As it sits. Some wires are a little long so i can un screw it the box and slide it out to access fuse box as needed) I can still reach it as is though.
