After reloading my camper from adding an upper overload leaf I seem to be getting a lot of squeaky bushing noises. They seem to be coming from the rear leaf bushings. I have tried some silicone lube and JB blaster with not much results. Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem and what you did to get rid of it.
Sometimes, suspension squeaks can be as simple as dirt between the leaves of the springs. I've used Boeshield T-9 to help with suspension squeaks, but that was related to heim joints, not leaf springs.
If you really think it's the bushing, you could remove the bolt and lube the inside of the bushing. Maybe the bushing is shot?

Anyone but me remember the body/cab bushings used to go bad in less than 7 years on these trucks? Energy suspensions (not an affiliate) makes really good bushings I've used on previous cars and trucks (replaced leaf and cab bushings) that work really well. Whatever lube they send with their kits seems durable.
