I really like this set. 2017+ style on 99-16 mount. Nearly a year installed with zero issues. Only top has heat sadly. didn’t know top/bottom heat was an option. Now y’all have me considering some DIY to add

the Factory mirror heater circuit is a 20amp fuse (#9). It takes a damn near dead short to blow this fuse
if it’s blowing fuse #13, check the wiring. They/You may have accidentally tied heaters into wrong circuit.
to test, pull fuse #9 and see if the heaters still energize. They should NOT
