If you have less than 150,000 miles on your truck the repair is free. The lead frame needs to be replaced.

in central NY, they were all $500 last year, including the dealer. I was lucky and my local dealer looked in the system and told me where the nearest dealer was that had the part in stock.

You may have luck stopping by your local dealer and asking the parts counter.

i bought a refurbished valve body with the lead frame put it in the truck and still no good it wont start unless i jump it to the solenoid and it has no indicators lights at all caught hell trying to remove the transmission pan the rear bolts heads were stripped out i had to drop the exhaust to get to them so i am rite back at square one.. i pulled the front engine fuse box and if i try to check the fuses they wont show no power until i push down hard on the fuses i got a big mess is what i got

I may be wrong but I think this also came with a 10 year time limit.
