Googles the harness part number and came back with a eBay listed for a "FORD upfitter harness LC3T-14A303-DB" along with another hit with no real description

You’ll need to choose a model, and then browse through related bulletins and publications.

That’s the easy part. Unfortunately, IMHO, the documents are not always well named or organized, nor are the same types of manuals available for all vehicles.
