You may have to use rubber radius arm bushings. Your drop bracket is lots thicker than stock, and you can see how much the poly bushing is squeezed out of shape from tightening. There could be so much pressure the spacer can't take the strain, where rubber bushings will flex more and put less strain on the spacer.
It's not Tommy with the drop bracket but Dipstick that has the issue with the spacer breaking, dose he have a lift?

Thanks for straightening me out. Didn't look at who was posting. If Dipstick has a lift and no drop brackets, that could be the problem, especially with poly bushings.

Seeing dipsticks truck frok other posts it seems to be at stock height.
Sorry was at work. My truck is stock height no lift. When the plastic spacer breaks it allows fore and aft movement of the arm and clunking in the suspension. I just find it odd that only the passenger side is doing it. I ordered a different brand of bushing kit as u can't get that spacer separately that also has rubber bushings not poly.
I used Energy Suspension Poly for the swing arms and Moog Rubber for the radius arms.
Same here. I don't have a problem using poly in most places on the suspension, but seeing how the radius bushings work, I personally thought the poly would not be forgiving enough.

More pot holes and a rougher road on the pass side?
