Hello everybody , my truck has a 302 with an AODE transmission. Under light acceleration between 1200-2000 rpms I can feel the engine shaking. If I mash the gas it will smooth right out. I've replaced the plugs,wires,cap and rotor and still no difference, please help!

may you have a vacuum leak, water in gas(and/dirty fuel filter),air filter, etc. you should start singling more things out.

 

 

Heck, I have the same problem but mine, is a 95 302HO crate motor (I swapped out the 300/6) in a 85 F150. I have a new AFB and performer rpm manifold. I plugged all vacuum lines and still get the roughness at that rpm. Any Ideas? Thinking accelorator pump, or nozzles?
