When I am at work, I get an icon in the task bar of my Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 showing the FordPass logo, and I get the message "FordPass is connected to your vehicle" in the drop down menu on my phone. But 25 miles away from work, at home, I dont get the icon in the task bar and dont get the "Fordpass is connected" message in the drop down menu. But I can start my car without issues anywhere I am...just confused on the notifications and why I get it only at work.
That message should only come on when you turn the truck on. When you are in Bluetoothrange and truck on. So when you get in and fire it up to go to work it should have that notification, but also on your way home.
