Mine was not working either awhile back. Tried all the things, removing the vehicle, adding it back, reinstalling the app. What fixed it was an update to my iPhone and then it started working properly again.

I watched this video and followed what he did, It worked on my wife's Explorer yesterday... she was having the same problem.

My Ford Pass told me yesterday that my new Super Duty was in a deep sleep - go figure. It's been sitting a almost a month and I have not driven it so I guess right now it is "off the grid."

Mine works. Android. Works better now that I have upgraded from an LG X Venture to a Samsung Galaxy A13.
BTW moving Ford Pass to a new phone is really easy. Down load the newest Ford Pass to the new phone and log in. All the data is stored on the mothership, not your phone. You don't have to reload anything about your vehicles. The hard part was remembering my password. And Android Auto (or whatever) started working too, Never worked on the old LG.
There was some work going on at the mothership a few weeks ago but all that is done now.

FordPass is working for me better than it has since I purchased the truck 12/2019. Like a PCO it seems to be hit or miss for people.
