2001 7.3 leaking fuel
Hey guys, I recently bought a 2001 f250 7.3 with 182,000 miles on it and it started leaking fuel from the fuel filter drain line. I replaced the o rings and it still continued to leak. I replaced the whole valve now and it still leaks and is getting fuel all over the bottom of the truck when I am driving. Wondering if anyone has any idea what the problem could be? Maybe the brand new valve is bad ? I have taken it off now 4 times tried cleaning the metal surface really good and put some grease on the o rings to try and seal it up. I really can’t think of anything else that it could be since the fuel is actually coming out of the drain hose.
