It depends. On most F-250’s (below King Ranch trim), the package includes an auxiliary leaf in each rear spring pack (4 leaves total per pack) plus the rear stabilizer bar.
On most F-350 SRW’s (also below KR trim), the package adds just the rear stabilizer bar to the rear suspension, as the rear spring packs are already five leaves total.
Both trucks typically get stiffer front springs plus VIN-specific camper certification docs. Note the optional camper package does not increase GVWR or payload; it just improves handling when loaded with a truck camper.
The camper package is not available on trucks with 20” wheels. Accordingly, it’s my understanding that it’s not available on new SRW trucks with King Ranch, Platinum, or Limited trims.
I have the camper package on my truck, and I will say this. I do not have to have airbags for my 5th wheel. I had to have the airbags on my last two trucks, but this one sits perfectly level once the 5th wheel is hooked up.
I have 20" tires on my truck and added the sway bar after delivery. I have a post on here with all the parts the pieces you will need if you added it afterwards. I tow a 10,000 trailer and it does help with body roll. Some people opted for the Hellwig one, but I am happy with the OEM one (smaller diameter).
