Alignment issues after BDS Install

I’m at a loss and don’t know what to do. I just installed a BDS 2” Leveling Kit and a BDS adjustable Track Bar. At the same time I put on 9” Fuel wheels with Fuel MTs 35x12.50 on 20 inch rims. All this was installed by a BDS Certified Dealer. I now hate driving my truck. The truck is always pulling to the right. At 65 mph if I let go of the steering wheel it pulls so hard and fast to the right it’s crazy. The truck steering wheel bounces back and forth constantly. At specific speeds the whole truck with shakes where everyone in the truck feels the shaking. The shaking is not the result of the know death wobble. The truck is a complete mess. The shop has said the leveling kit is installed correctly and have done 2 alignments at 2 different shop that shows the truck is perfectly aligned. The have told me I have no more caster and this is just the way it will drive now. They recommended upgrading the radius arms to gain for caster and that this will fix the issue. I just don’t know what to do. Any advise? I can’t believe the changes I made would make the truck drive so awful.

Can you post a picture of the alignment print out? Some of the shaking could be tire balancing too. Has that been checked again?

Have you contacted BDS directly?

If you are maxed out at caster on both sides, take some out of the left until the pull goes away. First rotate the front tires side to side to make sure the pull isn't the tire itself.

You will most likely have to road force balance your tires to get the shake out, after checking they are not out of round or the bead is not seated evenly around the rim.

You have a lot of tire on the rim. It doesn't take much wrong to cause a bounce.

Do you have the factory caster shims installed still? If so, Carli sells their 2 degree caster separately

First, thank you for the replies. I did contact BDS and sent them the alignment. They really didn’t provide useful advance other than to say have the mechanic contact them. I did shift the tires side to side and that didn’t stop the pull to the right. Below is the alignment sheet.

Caster isn't terrible, that wouldn't cause any dramatic drivability issue. I misspoke, you want 0 to slightly toe in, which I believe is positive toe. So you should be good there. Even though it says "Before Measurements" I assume that was after lift and adjustment.

Correct. This was the second shop to do the alignment. My off road shop took it there just to confirm the alignment was correct. Could the new adjustable track bar be defective somehow and cause my issue?

I wouldnt want TOE OUT which is what it appears you have.

I default to about .1 TOE IN on everything and then go from there.

TOE OUT will make the steering a bit darty.

Your caster is decent, but I would personally want more.

That is TERRIBLE advice IMO...

but I GENERALLY want an alignment that is equal on both sides.

I would NEVER use an alignment to compensate for some other issue which I believe the OP has.

I doubt it. It is only really responsible for axle positioning. So as long as the front axle is "relatively" centered vs. the rear, it shouldnt be your issue.

You have thrust angle which is possibly the relationship between front and rear axle center, but its only under the rear and 07 is pretty close to being centered. A half turn on the rear could push thrust the other way by 07, so you are fighting minuscule adjustments.

He has positive toe (very slight), which is toe in. I get a little dyslexic when looking at these sometimes, but negative would be toe out.

Maybe purely coincidental, could have a brake dragging on the right side?

Depends on the alignment machine.

If you look at his picture it shows toe out I believe. The arrows are OUTSIDE of center.

Have you tried putting the original rims and tires on to see how it drives?

Your opinion and mine differ here. He is running larger tires and wider rims. Lots of times you have to run less caster on the crown side, or drivers side, to make up for the additional pull the larger wheels and tires cause. On factory wheels and tires, things are different. In factory specs does not in any way mean correct for any paticular vehicle.

The main change is wheels, tires, lift. What there can cause a pull? Wheels and tires. You have to compensate for the modifications made.
