First time post, long time lurker lol. I’m looking for ideas I have a 1960 Flareside long bed, the bed is in very bad shape. Haven’t had much luck finding replacement panels and I’m trying to decide if it’s worth the pain to try and save it or if I should try to scrounge a better one or even look at a style side replacement what do ya’ll think
Not sure what your skills are but that bed looks pretty repairable to me. It will take a lot of work but it seems there are fewer flaresides out there than stylesides so I would want to keep it. Go ahead and get it off the truck and really decide how much needs to be done. If you don't weld at this point, you can't learn any younger. What shape are the fenders in?

Those fenders do look pretty good. My truck came from Arkansas years ago and
it looks like it had the same dealer installed rear bumper as yours. Interesting.
