Tracking tool

The Ford tracking tool I've been using recently quit accepting Canadian VINs. Anyone aware of a tracking tool for Canadian VINs?

It's not accepting my USA vin either. I call customer service about it yesterday they said that they were aware of the problem and are working on it

It's always been hit or miss, at least for the last few months. Doesn't necessarily mean that your order is stalled or that anything is wrong. It just means that Ford's usual IT presence is at work (or not) again.
So it's not really anything to worry about. Just an inconvenience.

The Ford.ca order tracking page is available again, but when I click "Track", nothing happens. It's been acting this way for me since it came back to life a couple of days ago. Good grief.

The USA Ford order tracking is finicky at best. You can go in there on any given day or time and find it down, and then an hour later, it's back up again. I swear their IT department just likes trolling us
