I bought my truck used about a year ago and when Carvana delivered it I noticed a plastic trim piece on the corner of the rear bumper was loose. It didn’t bother me then but now I’d like to fix it. It looks like I just need buy a couple of the mounting screws since the trim piece looks ok. My question is do I need to pull the whole bumper off to access these screws to re-mount the trim/tighten the screws. Looking from under the truck it doesn’t look like there is any room to access the nuts. I’ve looked around online and can’t find an example of what I’m looking to do. You need to remove the two bolts. They insert into your plastic bumper piece. I'm guessing the retainer slots are broken on the underside of it. Also, not sure if the nuts can be accessed while bumper on the truck.
