I used Sandersons when I had a Y-block in my 59. They were by far the highest quality headers I have ever seen, and likely the most expensive.
I found that my family - and myself - hate noisy vehicles, though, and changed out to Ram’s horn manifolds, which are barely more restrictive, not noisy at all, and are way cooler than any set of headers.
Not with the F250 or 4x4 aspect but I have Red's Stubbies in my F100. They are about 14 years old, ceramic coated and still look decent considering that it is also a year round daily driver and I have not taken care of them the way suggested. I imagine that the Red's stubbies or Sanderson headers will fit but do not know. It seems like there would be plenty of room but maybe not with the 4wd. Rams horns will be easiest if there is not much room to work with.
All off the shelf Y Block truck headers have 1 1/2" primaries, which will limit the engine to 300ish hp. So that is something to consider, depending on the goals. Much more power than that and you have to start planning for custom headers.
I used Redd's headers for my 64 2wd. You should not have any clearance issues given how high the 4 wd's. Just as Ibuzzard did I am in the process af switching to ramshorns
I have a set of reds stubbies on my 60 f350. they fit really well, the only thing i had to do was shorten the clutch return spring bracket. they clear everything else. cant use a canister style oil filter though
